Information You Provide To Us
You can provide information to us on our Site through various means, including: when you register at the Site and/or create an online account; on your account information page; contact us pages and forms; information provided through live chat / instant messaging; online email forms; and requests for information forms.
Information We Collect From You
The information we collect includes personal information, such as your name; address; billing address; email address; telephone number; your answers for your account security questions; and when you provide user generated content. In addition, when setting up payments, we collect certain, limited financial information, such as a bank account and routing number, credit card and/or debit card number, in order to process payments on your behalf. You are not required to provide such information, but should you choose not to do so, you may not be eligible or able to participate in or receive the benefit of certain of our services.
No Information From Children Under Age 13

Information We Collect Automatically

This information is non-personally identifiable information about you which is made available by your browser, computer hardware and/or software. Information We Collect About You From Third Parties
We may collect and receive information from consumer reporting agencies or other third parties, such as consumer reports and previous policy activity.
We may use “pixel tags,” also known as “web beacons,” which are small graphic files that allow us to monitor the use of our websites. A pixel tag is a type of technology placed on a website or within the body of an email for the purpose of tracking activity on websites, or when emails are opened or accessed, and is often used in combination with cookies. A pixel tag can collect information such as the IP (Internet Protocol) address of the computer that downloaded the page on which the tag appears; the URL of the page on which the pixel tag appears; the time the page containing the pixel tag was viewed; the type of browser that fetched the pixel tag; and the identification number of any cookie on the computer previously placed by that server.
Third Party Advertising Companies
We do not allow advertising companies to collect data through our service for targeted or interest based advertising. We may disclose some or all of the information we collect, as described above, to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf. We may also disclose non-public personal information about you to other nonaffiliated companies for our everyday business purposes, such as to process transactions, maintain accounts, and report to credit bureaus. However, we do not disclose such non-public personal information to affiliates or nonaffiliated third party companies for their own marketing use.
